Mind ReMAP Programs

Online, self-paced programs provide a convenient and affordable way to engage with the Mind ReMAP process alongside live sessions with a MAP practitioner. The recorded MAP sessions can be done at your convenience: day, night or weekend. The core sessions are designed to be used repeatedly with different topics.

Although live sessions with a practitioner are more efficient, recorded sessions allow you to address many issues on your own. In general, issues that cannot be resolved with recorded sessions should be brought to a live session with a MAP practitioner.

If you are new to MAP, you will need to be initiated to the method through an Introductory Session or the MAP Introduction mini-course before starting a program.

MAP Introduction

New to MAP? Let's get you started.

If you are new to the MAP Method, you can be initiated to the method in one of two ways: by booking an Introductory Session, or with this short program. There are two steps that are required to prime your subconscious mind to be receptive to MAP instructions. First, you watch a 15-minute video about memories and how they form the personality. Then, there are a few preparatory steps at the beginning of the first session. Both are included in the program, which is available immediately upon purchase.

What's included?

  • Step 1: Preparatory video (15 min)
  • Step 2: Recorded MAP session (45 min)

You only need to view the preparatory video once. However, the recorded session can be utilized multiple times for different stressful memories.
