Join me for episode 45 where we talk with my client, Rachael from Leicester, England, about her experience with the online, self-paced MAP for COVID program and the improvements she saw in her symptoms and her emotional and mental outlook after 4 weeks. The MAP Method, for those of you who are not familiar, is an advanced method of neural retraining.


A note about this program: I developed it for COVID long-haulers because I had seen research about how anti-anxiety medications were being used to lessen the severity and duration of COVID-19 symptoms. I immediately realized that if anxiety was related to symptom severity, that we could use neural retraining to accomplish the same effect.
