THE METHOD
How the work actually happens
Sessions are done over Zoom in a relaxed, meditative state — you're awake and aware the whole time, not in a trance. Most people feel calm and peaceful by the end.
At the start of a session you identify a specific topic — a painful memory, an anxiety trigger, a physical symptom, or a limiting belief. You rate its emotional intensity. Then, guided by verbal instructions, your brain begins identifying related memories and neutralizing the emotional charge around them.
You may notice a tingling or buzzing sensation, or a quiet sense that your mind is working through something. You don't have to do anything — your nervous system does the work.
This approach works directly with the subconscious, which is why results can emerge during a session rather than requiring hours of daily practice. The method — known as MAP (Make Anything Possible) — goes deeper than tapping and is gentler than EMDR. No equipment, no homework, no prior experience needed.
Although all MAP practitioners use the same underlying technique, results vary based on the practitioner's empathic attunement, intuitive skill, and depth of experience with your specific situation.

FAQs
Do I need prior experience with this technique?
Not at all. If you're new to neural retraining, we start with an introductory session to orient you to the process and give you a felt sense of how it works — at a pace that feels manageable.
What happens in the first session?
You'll watch a short preparatory video beforehand. In the session, we clarify what you'd like to work on and choose a topic that feels workable — usually a specific memory or trigger. You'll leave with a clear sense of the process and next steps.
Is this therapy or hypnosis?
Advanced neural retraining is not talk therapy, nor hypnosis. It is an energy psychology method that goes deeper than tapping, and is gentler than EMDR.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your goals and the complexity of what you want to work on. Many people experience meaningful relief within a few sessions; deeper work unfolds over time. We'll determine a pace together that feels supportive and sustainable.
Can anyone benefit from sessions?
Yes, just about anyone of any age can benefit. You should be able to focus on a memory with eyes closed, breathing slowly and deeply, similar to meditation. People who are highly sensitive (HSPs), empathic, feel their emotions keenly, creative, intuitive or have a strong meditation or prayer practice are naturally more receptive to this method.
Should I stop my meds or other treatments?
No, you should continue with any medications, supplements, treatments or modalities as recommended by your physicians or practitioners. Neural retrainng is complementary to other treatments and modalities. However, it is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
Do you accept insurance?
Sessions are not covered by insurance. However, HSA (Health Savings Account) funds can typically be used to pay for sessions.
Are there any contraindications?
This method is not recommended for anyone with a serious history of mental illness.
